Apartment Block Insurance
Our Apartment Block Insurance policy forms part of our Property Owners Insurance policy range and is designed for purpose built apartment blocks (concrete floors). The policy wording incorporates the following features:
(1) Day One Reinstatement with 25% Inflation
(2) Contents in Common areas automatic cover for £25,000
(3) Trace and Acess Extension Limit £10,000
(4) Alternative Accomodation automatically included at 33% of Building Sum Insured
(5) Public Liability automatically included at £5,000,000 Limit of indemnity
(6) Employers Liability automatically included at £10,000,000 Limit of Indemnity
The minimum premium for this contract is £1,000. We have improved rating and are particularly competitive where high values are involved.
