Our Apartment Block policy forms part of our Property Owners policy range and is designed for purpose built apartment blocks (concrete floors). The policy wording incorporates the following features:
(1) Day One Reinstatement with 25% Inflation
(2) Contents in Common areas automatic cover for £25,000
(3) Trace and Acess Extension Limit £10,000
(4) Alternative Accomodation automatically included at 33% of Building Sum Insured
(5) Public Liability automatically included at £5,000,000 Limit of indemnity
(6) Employers Liability automatically included at £10,000,000 Limit of Indemnity
The minimum premium for this contract is £1,000. We have improved rating and are particularly competitive where high values are involved.
